Everything was fine when we lived in the 9th. Top cleaning lady and super responsive person who manages the schedules. But when we changed agencies for the one that takes care of the Vincennes sector it was catastrophic. The person who was supposed to offer us a counselor took 2 months to respond to me . I had to go through the Paris agency to get feedback! Then when I had a worker it was also a disaster: She didn't keep her hours, the cleaning was poorly done. I asked to change and the next one was no better. She didn't warn when she wasn't coming and thought she could change the day as she wished. Brief conclusion: if you live in Paris (around the 9th) no worries, go there with your eyes closed. If you are near Vincennes flee!!!!

Nothing to say about the quality of the speakers who are all very professional, the same cannot be said of the administrative team, I constantly have schedule changes, canceled services, or workers who end their contract, without ever being informed beforehand! Brief. As long as my current counselor in whom I have complete confidence remains, I will continue but I am seriously considering changing companies.
